What AI-powered dating means at Soulweave
At Soulweave the AI is a companion, Buddy, not a feed. It listens, asks good questions and helps you meet people who fit you, and it never acts behind your back.
What Buddy does
- Gets to know you through conversation. Values, interests, how you like to spend time, what you are looking for. One question at a time, in a casual tone, in your language.
- Builds your profile with you. What Buddy understood is shown to you under "What Buddy understood": you can confirm it, correct it or remove it.
- Suggests people who fit. When you are open to meeting people, Buddy looks for compatible matches and explains in plain words what you have in common.
- Helps in chats when you ask. Ideas for a first message or a reply. Buddy never sends anything on its own.
What Buddy does not do
- It does not show your conversation with Buddy to anyone. Other people see only what you chose to show.
- It does not introduce you to anyone without your yes and theirs.
- It does not pretend to be a person, and it does not write to people for you.
- It does not see the photos of the people you are introduced to, and it does not judge appearance.
Why a conversation instead of a questionnaire
Long sign-up forms reward quick, generic answers. A conversation lets you say things in your own words, and lets Buddy ask a follow-up question when something matters to you. Your profile grows as you talk, and you stay in control of every part of it.
